Summer is here, and that means lots of nights to get comfy and watch some great new releases. Cozy up around the campfire, set up that projector and grab your closest friends, because we’re covering what’s coming to Netflix in July!

Netflix Adds Beverly Hills Cop 4 and More in July

Starting with Netflix’s originals, premiering July 3rd is the new Beverly Hills Cop 4: Alex F! Eddie Murphy returns as Alex F, continuing this beloved saga starting back in 1984. Murphy is joined by new cast members Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Judge Reinholf, John Ashton, Paul Reiser, Bronson Pinchot and Kevin Bacon. Directed by Mark Molloy, this movie follows Alex F and his new partner as they track down the person who threatened his daughter’s life.

Premiering July 9th is the follow-up to last years Quarterback. Receiver is a series following different receivers in the NFL, such as Davante Adams (Las Vegas Raiders), Justin Jefferson (Minnesota Vikings), George Kittle (San Francisco 49ers), Deebo Samuel (San Francisco 49ers), and Amon-Ra St. Brown (Detroit Lions). Receiver will take a behind-the-scenes look at these top athletes and their journey through the rigorous life of being in the NFL.

Exploding Kittens, premiering July 12th, is a new adaption of the exciting card game by showrunner Matt Inman. If you’ve ever played it, you’re bound to get the same energy from watching the show! Voice talents include Tom Ellis, Sasheer Zamata, Suzy Nakamura, Mark Proksch, Ally Maki, and Kenny Yates. This show is definitely one you don’t want to miss. But beware, it is rated TV-14, so heed caution if you’re watching around the little ones. Exploding Kittens may sound cute, but these cats are feisty!
