Companies making the difficult decision to delay anticipated games has been a topic of debate for quite some time. Unfortunately, The Wolf Among Us 2 is now also being pushed into the following year. Originally set to release in 2023, Telltale Games; the developers, were concerned about the game being rushed so they pushed back the due date a bit.

You can definitely tell they thought long and hard about this difficult decision: do we release the game when it isn’t ready but our fans can play it on time or do we delay it and risk ridicule and judgment? Tough call.
I personally appreciate their mindset to ensure the game meets the standards they had for themselves and what their fans would definitely want to see. Telltale Games started development in 2020, so what’s another year of waiting? I’m sure it’ll fly by.
As of now, we don’t have a release date to speak of, although we can look forward to it in the following year. When it finally does drop, it will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
