I think we can all agree, having a full health bar makes progressing in any game infinitely easier. In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must find goddess statues and defeat temple bosses in order to obtain maximum hearts. After the first cut scene, Link will go from 30 hearts to 3. Luckily, as you progress through The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will have numerous opportunities to earn hearts; up to a max of 40. This article will focus on where to find and gather heart containers in order to increase Link’s maximum health level.

When Link prays to a Goddess Statue in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, he can increase his stamina or health. By exchanging 4 Lights of Blessing with any statue in Hyrule, Link can select a heart container. This heart container will add one full heart to Link’s maximum life.
Note: You will earn a Light of Blessing after completing each shine; 152 shines means 152 Lights of Blessing.
