The release of the Harry Potter-based RPG Hogwarts Legacy is fast approaching. Starting a new school is always exciting, and attending Hogwarts for the first time is even more awesome. So awesome, in fact, that you might want to select your house and wand early.
Hogwarts Legacy gives players the chance to live the life of a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the first time. You’ll play as a student in the 1890s that realizes they have a connection to dark magic, beginning an adventure that could change the future. It’s pretty exciting, and who wants to wait until February 10 to get started anyway?
The Sorting Hat In Hogwarts Legacy
If you are eager to start your journey as a 5th-year student at Hogwarts, you can choose your house and wand before playing. To do this, first create, or log into your Harry Potter fan account and WBGames.com accounts. Once you do, there will be three icons for your house, your Patronus (which unfortunately does not carry over) and your wand. Pressing on each icon will prompt a series of questions. Don’t worry if you disagree with the choices, as you can redo the quizzes or choose another house when you boot up Hogwarts Legacy.
Once you get sorted into your house and select your wand, the last two things you need to do is follow Step 4 on the Wizarding World website and make sure your console or PC of choice is linked to your account. Congratulations! You’re a wizard now, dear readers!
