File this one in the bucket of things you weren’t quite expecting to hear to hear in March, but EA Sports PGA Tour has been pushed back again. The golf sim looks tremendous so far, so the fact that it’s only a slight delay is good news.
It has been speculated that the delay was made to line up the game’s release with the Master’s Tournament, one of the four major professional golf championships. As a result, the Game will now be pushed to April 7th, 2023.

Be Sure To Use Whispered Voices When You Play EA Sports PGA Tour
EA Sports was quoted in a blog stating that the “small shift in release date allows us to add a few final touches to the game that we are very excited to deliver to all of you, including updates to some favorite courses to reflect 2023 designs.” While that may be a contributing factor, EA likely wants to capitalize on the Masters’ hype and release the game alongside one of the biggest Golf tournaments in existence – not to mention the tournament featured on the cover.
Add in the fact that March is already loaded with sports games in WWE 2K23 and MLB The Show 23, and this move makes a lot of sense.
Here’s hoping the final touches make for a fantastic golf experience and a return to glory on the links for EA when EA Sports PGA Tour releases.
EA Sports PGA Tour is coming April 7th, 2023 and will be playable on PC, PS5, and Xbox X|S.
