In case you forgot, the name speaks for itself. Limited health, no mini maps without an assisted perk like UAV, no visible enemy tags, and every trigger-happy gamer’s worst nightmare, friendly fire.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 Start Date

Delayed from its original release date of February 1st, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is set to drop season 2 after a two-week adjustment period following Activision’s response to fan requests and concerns via their blog and various other channels of engagement. Instead, Season 2 will launch February 15th with a few upgrades, including; new multiplayer maps, game modes featuring Hardcore mode and Ground War, and new weapons and ranked play getting a self-revive.

With the resurgence of Hardcore mode and a new cache of weapons and maps, fans should look forward to some intense gaming sessions, and maybe a rage quit or two. The fans have been pleading, and it seems like Activision is answering the call.
